They are building radar towers, ostensibly as part of their drone system.

I am all too well aware that I am the only English speaking person who can say anything intelligent about China. But I never viewed myself as the sole voice of reason on the Ukraine-Russia situation. Yet, I go away for a few weeks and the public conversation on the right degrades into garbled madness. Following a wild series of confusing events, there are a few quick things I want to put out there and hopefully it will clear things up.

The first and most obvious thing to note is that it was very easy for the American right to be pro-Russia, or at least anti-Ukraine, when the cancer-riddled old coot Joe Brandon was in charge of the US government and serving as the face of Ukrainemania. Right wingers, while sometimes critical of Trump, do not view him as villainous in the way they viewed the rotting corpse Brandon as villainous.

Unfortunately, nothing has changed insofar as the Ukraine-Russia situation is concerned now that Trump is president. Despite a very funny scene in the Oval Office in which Trump berated the Jewish dwarf dictator of the Ukraine, the US military has continued arming the country and has continued to support NATO escalating the conflict.

Following along with the theater that took place during the Zelensky meeting, Trump has used rhetoric to give the impression there has been some substantive change in US war policy. Biden publicly committed to the idea that the war would never end, saying constantly that the war should go on forever no matter the cost, while Trump is publicly saying the war shPost too long. Words can't express how disgusted I am with Trump supporters who defend their president stomping out speech rights for Israel after spending years wailing about the loss of free speech in America. It's beyond mere political differences. I don't respect them as people.

Note: I’m not doing the news anymore, so I am assuming you know what is going on. But I’ll give a brief update, just in case. The Trump Administration has recently begun taking actions to crack down on criticism of the Jews, at least as aggressively, if not more so, than what the Biden Administration did to crack down on criticism of vaccines and trannies. Perhaps the best aspect of this, which I didn’t even think was real when I heard it, was that RFK has declared “antisemitism” a health emergency. Marco Rubio is also deporting people for criticizing Jews. They’re also of course continuing and escalating the attack on universities that allow pro-Palestinian speech on campus.

Caitlin Johnstone, an “old leftish” blogger (she does support trannies and mass immigration, so she’s not exactly a ye olde leftist) who has a semi-popular Twitter account, has a semi-viral post up about how conservatives claimed about censorship for years and now all of a sudden support the Trump Administration’s egregious crackdown on “antisemitic speech.”

Everything she says in the post is just obvious. I’ve become exhausted by people saying obvious things while being incapable of recognizing obvious facts about human nature, instead exalting a mythical vision of the ideal man that has never existed and cannot exist.

In response to conservatives supporting all these new laws and initiatives against criticism of the Jews, she writes:
