Turns out that another Touhou character, Maribel Hearn, who is heavily theorized by the Touhou community to be directly associated with Yukari Yakumo is the central focus of a CD track called Magical Astronomy in which one of the tracks is called "The Far Side of the Moon." Yukari herself is related to the moon anyways, as in the 8th game, Yukari teams with the main protagonist to encounter the culprit of the "Fake Moon incident."

The reason why Trump likes McDonalds specifically, as opposed to any other fast food, probably also has to do with Yukari, because Ronald McDonald is a very big thing in Touhou fandom as well through some of the old Japanese commercials, and I'm sure that somewhere on the internet, that there is a Ronald McDonald dressed as Yukari image out there somewhere.

While the original soundbite came from the Sam Hyde Qanon video, the Elon Musk context has the screen glitch out and turn PURPLE, and displaying "CH.33" behind Donald Trump. This could seriously mean Yukari Yakumo as well, alongside the codeword being repeated 8 days after Trump's 80th birthday by Bobby Levy.
