For one, we have this dumbfuck bot, Mr Dots, spamming about anime, anonymity and cp.
But such an end (being like /b/) is probably inevitable in the long run for any open-access unmoderated board. The people is the biggest factor of any (para-)social environment. And the sad truth is that your average internet user, especially anon, is a dull boring degenerate.
Thank God there's Milkcaps, she has interesting takes. There's also some others, but they don't post that often.

Mr dots has shown capability to not use dots at all, he might ask a few simple questions and end them with a ? but when he is commenting on a thread he never capitalizes the first letter of his comment. But when it comes to making threads he capitalizes. Mr bots also revealed that he lives in ontario, canada but i dont think thats true, and he is most likely a bot.
he takes around 2 minutes minimum to respond at all, and the one who always replies to his comments and threads with a question or two is wolfman. Wolfman always capitalizes the first letter of his comment. he seems more like a bot, and ive seen an error (the image) in his comment. the two often show the same forgetfulness you would find on older ai.

He could be a bot, but honestly I believe that he is mental. He talked about a pixiv account where he posts his drawings. The account seems fairly coherent with the things he say. On the account, he has drawings inspired by characters that exist, and drawings of his oc I believe. The drawings of the characters are much better than his oc. And for his oc, he always seem to draw her in the same pose. Sometimes the hairstyle is different, or the technique. But it's still about the same. I believe that this matches the drawings of someone who is mentally ill
On the account there is a drawing that's made on a notebook. It's older than the others. While the drawing isn't something crazy quality wise, at least it seemed like it came from a semi-sane brain. He drew a fish, a woman that's looking to the side, an octopus and other things
It could be a troll too, but I highly doubt that. I don't think a troll would have that kind of patience
I honestly think that he is a guy with a few screws loose. The fact that he keeps on repeating the same stuff is probably related to this
