I like to eat rice with chicken. When I was living with my parents I used to eat it everyday. Now it's hard because I like my rice in a specific way and I've yet to figure out how to make it the same with the tools that I have right now. So I just eat food from convenience stores. I buy energy drinks. I drink energy drinks and cold milk and orange juice with no pulp. I eat pasta. I throw in whatever is in the fridge with it. If there is something. I don't usually buy disgusting stuff so it's fine. I eat white bread with chocolate chips in it. I sometimes will buy canned vegetables. Or canned tuna. It makes for an easy meal when you are feeling like shit
I once tried to make coffee. I don't really like coffee but I thought I'd try. I put some milk to warm up. And mixed everything in. I went to do a quick thing. When I came back that weird disgusting horrible layer had formed on top of the milk. I didn't have anything to filter it off. And it's not like a filter would remove all the filth. I was very angry and mad. I probably cried. I never tried to make coffee afterwards
Classes are draining. It's hard to be around so many people. When I come back I am never in the mood to cook. Convenience store food isn't cheap though. If I find that I spent too much I will probably skip food for some days. Or just eat the bare minimum. Drink lots of water and eat a date. I have few supplements to get necessary nutrients
Food is expensive and I am not working. So I must spend with prudence. I buy cigarettes. They are quite expensive. I don't understand why they would make them expensive. If I am so miserable that I have to smoke the last thing I would wish for is expensive cigarettes. Especially with their ugly packaging. They think that it would stop people from smoking. It makes me want to smoke even more. Just out of spite
I bought beer. Heineken. Those large cans. Half a liter. It wasn't a very smart purchase. They are bitter. The smell is nice but the taste really isn't fun. It would be fine if they actually helped cheer me up. But I don't feel the slightest hint of happiness after a can. It doesn't taste good enough for me to happily drink more than half a liter. Especially since it's not really cheap . I'd much rather drink the mouthwash. It's pretty much the same amount. It is more disgusting. But after that amount I'd feel extremely happy. The euphoria is very pleasant. To mimic that I would probably have to drink like 4 cans maybe. I didn't do the exact calculations. But I don't really think I'm able to drink more than a liter and a half in 15-20 minutes
Maybe I will buy pure alcohol. They sell that in some spots. 96% ethanol. I could probably buy it and then make drinks at home. It is probably not safe though. Knowing myself I would probably end up consuming way too much. I don't really know. It's probably expensive too. I must not become an addict. It is very costly to sustain an addiction. If I become one I guess I'll have to give up on food. Eat a bit every few days and compensate with water and alcohol. At least alcohol and cigarettes help. Sometimes eating feels disgusting. Even if the food tastes good. The tasks of picking food and taking it to your mouth and chewing and swallowing feel unbearably hard. I have expired food. I couldn't bring myself to eat. I still eat expired food though. As long as it looks decent. Cutting expenses on food means more cigarettes. Food for the body versus food for the soul. I'd much rather have the latter
