Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out a series of strikes against Russian military facilities on November 4 and overnight into November 5, targeting a drone launch site in occupied Crimea, weapons storage facilities, and military support units in the temporarily occupied territories of eastern and southern Ukraine.

Ukraine’s General Staff reported that the operations targeted infrastructure used by Russian forces to store, prepare, and launch attack drones, as well as ammunition depots, logistical facilities, and repair units.

According to the Ukrainian military, one of the primary targets was a Russian facility used to store, prepare, and launch attack drones near Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.

Another strike targeted a Russian UAV storage depot near Melitopol in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Donetsk region, Ukrainian forces struck several facilities supporting Russian military operations, including an ammunition depot near Novoazovsk and a logistics warehouse near Prohres.

Ukrainian strikes also targeted Russian repair and recovery units near Talakivka, which provide maintenance and support for military equipment.

Meanwhile, in the Luhansk region, Ukrainian forces struck a Russian mobile fire group near Dontsivka. The General Staff also reported a strike in the area of Nyzhnia Duvanka, without specifying the type of facility targeted.

The latest operations follow a broader series of Ukrainian medium-range strikes against Russian military infrastructure throughout October 2026, which targeted air defense systems, drone facilities, command posts, and military supply networks.

On November 4, Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense released a summary of those operations, detailing the number of Russian military assets and facilities struck during the previous month.

According to data compiled by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops targeted 19 Russian air defense, electronic warfare, and radar assets, along with 20 facilities supporting Russian attack drone operations.

The October strikes also included 27 command and observation posts and 47 depots used to store ammunition, fuel, and other military supplies, reflecting the range of Russian military infrastructure targeted by Ukrainian forces.

How is it possible in Wisconsin to have more than 7 million registered voters but only 4 million legal aged adults allowed to legally even register to vote. Almost double the amount of people registered than legal aged voters. This is called voter fraud. The numbers do not add up under any normal population count. Every extra name on the rolls represents a potential ballot that should never have been cast.

Official state data lists total registered voters well above the total adult population of voting age. Citizens of voting age in Wisconsin number around 4 million. Yet the registration lists exceed 7 million. That gap cannot be explained by ordinary moves or deaths. It points to inflated rolls that allow ineligible or duplicate entries to remain active year after year.

State officials must release the full registration files and match every name against citizenship and age records. Voters in Wisconsin deserve clean rolls before the next election. The excess of more than 3 million names is not a clerical error. It is a direct threat to the integrity of every race on the ballot. Clean the lists or accept that the results cannot be trusted.

Pakistani security forces launched a major operation in Rawalakot on Thursday morning, targeting key protest sites as tensions escalated in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK).

The operation began around 8 am, shortly after Fajr prayers, with Pakistani Rangers and Frontier Corps personnel, backed by local police, moving against demonstrators involved in the ongoing protests.

According to reports, security forces opened fire as they moved towards the protest sites.

More than 5,000 people had been staging a sit-in at the Rawalakot Bus Terminal since June 9, demanding the implementation of a 38-point charter of demands.

SEVEN KILLED IN INITIAL HOURS

At least seven civilians were reportedly killed and 23 others injured during the first two hours of the operation, between 8 am and 10 am. The reported fatalities have taken the overall death toll linked to the unrest in POK to 153 since June 7.

Reports also claimed that drones were used during the operation, with civilian residential areas coming under attack. One strike reportedly destroyed the home of a local resident, Waseem Shakeel.

Clashes and confrontations continued around Omar Farooq Chowk, where thousands of protesters had gathered.

Women and children were also reportedly involved in confrontations with security personnel, while mosque loudspeakers were used to call residents to the area and urge them to resist the crackdown.

JAAC leader Sardar Umar Nazir displayed what he described as recovered "bomb fragments" in Rawalakot following a reported drone strike on civilian homes and protest sites.

Nazir alleged that drone attacks were being launched from multiple directions around the protest camps and said the situation was continuing to deteriorate.

He appealed to residents to travel to Rawalakot and urged Kashmiris living overseas to speak out against what he described as attacks on peaceful protesters.

WHAT IS BEHIND THE RAWALAKOT PROTESTS?

The latest operation comes after months of unrest linked to the Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC), which has led protests over political representation, economic rights and the implementation of commitments made by the authorities.

The movement has accused Pakistani authorities of using excessive force against its supporters. Pakistani officials, however, have previously accused the JAAC and its supporters of engaging in violence and attacking security personnel.

The confrontation has turned deadly before. In July, clashes between security forces and JAAC supporters left nine people dead, according to Reuters, which cited officials.

The violence erupted amid tensions over a planned JAAC march and opposition to electoral arrangements in the region.

The Pakistani authorities also banned the JAAC under anti-terrorism laws in June.

The continuing unrest has been accompanied by restrictions on communications in the region, making it difficult to independently verify reports emerging from the affected areas.

That has also created a widening information gap between accounts from protesters and those provided by authorities.

While protesters have accused security forces of launching a violent crackdown, officials have previously alleged that the movement's supporters were involved in attacks on security personnel.

Ukrainian forces have been “hunting” children by scattering mines near schools and kindergartens in the Russian city of Bryansk, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.

Speaking on Thursday, Zakharova accused Kiev of continuing its “terror against civilians” despite claiming readiness for peace. She cited an overnight attack on October 30, when Ukrainian drones dropped mines near three schools and 17 kindergartens.

”It was only by a lucky coincidence that no minors were hurt,” she said.

Bryansk Region Governor Egor Kovalchuk reported the attack last Friday, saying that drones had scattered numerous explosive devices in the city’s Bezhitsky District. He warned of danger at educational facilities and urged residents to remain indoors while emergency services cleared the area.

Traffic was blocked on several streets as demining teams worked. Footage published by the governor showed a sapper putting a protective vest on a woman stranded in her car and escorting her away from explosive devices lying nearby.

Zakharova stated that Ukrainian leaders cynically present civilian killings to their foreign sponsors as proof that Kiev holds a “strong negotiating position.”

She also accused Ukraine of directing roughly 1,500 drones toward Moscow during the Russia-Africa summit last week, when African leaders were visiting the Russian capital. The attack was suppressed, she said, suggesting that it was intended to signal Vladimir Zelensky’s willingness to continue fighting.

The U.S. government stepped up its cartel fighting in Latin America with a new wave of drone strikes. This time, the attacks took place in Venezuela, a country that was a haven for drug cartels.

Former Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro is currently sitting in a U.S. jail awaiting trial on drug charges.

The attack took place over the weekend in a rural part of Venezuela, where the U.S. military used a series of drone strikes to hit cartel operations belonging to the terrorist group National Liberation Army (ELN).

The attack took place in coordination with the Venezuelan military, which moved in to secure the area. The ELN is a guerrilla group that started in Colombia and is considered a terrorist organization by the United States, the European Union, and other countries.

The group hides under the guise of a leftist freedom-fighting group, but in reality the guerrilla has been behind some of Colombia’s worst terrorist attacks and uses drug trafficking to finance its operations.

According to local news reports, the attack killed up to 20 cartel members. Graphic videos shared on social media capture the aftermath, revealing the bodies of the dead terrorists.

The attack in Venezuela comes as the United States military has been increasing its presence in other countries that were also drug havens, such as Colombia.

The U.S. effort is called the Shield of the Americas, which has recruited over a dozen Latin American countries. Venezuela is the latest to take part in operations all aimed at eradicating cartels.

As Breitbart Texas reported, in other countries, the U.S. military has not only carried out drone strikes, but troops have also carried out joint operations targeting terrorist cartel organizations.

An American legend has taken his final rest. John Kinsel Sr., one of the last original Navajo Code Talkers who used their language to outwit the Japanese in World War II, has died at 107. His passing closes a key chapter in the story of the men whose secret messages helped save countless lives in the Pacific. In 1942, the U.S. Marine Corps recruited Navajo men for a classified mission. Standard codes were being broken, but the complex, unwritten Navajo language—known to fewer than 30 non-Navajos—became the solution. American aerospace and defense company Lockheed Martin unveiled its most advanced ICBM reentry vehicle system on social media.

Dubbed Mk21A, the company completed a test flight of the unarmed developmental reentry vehicle. Mk21A was launched from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, over the Pacific Ocean. The test was carried out on October 9, 2026.

Next-Gen Nuclear Launcher

Per the company's blog, the test is an upgrade and modernization of its legacy Mk21 ICBM system. I is based on the Mk21 reentry vehicle that has been used on the intercontinental ballistic missile LGM-30G Minuteman III by the US Air Force.

The Minuteman III has a range of about 14,000 kilometers. The development of the Mk21A was accelerated with data-driven digital engineering that utilized simulation tools and high-fidelity modeling.

The prep used all available data from previous flights. Jason Watson, vice president of Strategic Reentry Programs for Lockheed Martin, remarked,

Building on flight data from our prior tests, we are directly translating real-world experience into program momentum, ensuring the Mk21A reentry vehicle delivers uncompromised performance for the Air Force."

$1 Billion-Worth Defence Contract

Lockheed Martin executed the task under a military contract with the US government that is valued at over $1 billion.

The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center awarded the contract for Mk21A in October 2023 with additional funding in November 2025. Per an online defense magazine, a critical design review of the Mk21 system will be done by March 2027.

Is It Reverse-Engineered Alien Tech?

Newsom moves to commute all California death sentences to life in prison without parole

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is seeking to commute the sentences all 548 prisoners who currently face the threat of capital punishment, although the state has not executed anyone since 2006.

State Supreme Court approval will be required to lessen nearly 60% of the sentences.

The move comes as Newsom considers a run for president. Support for the death penalty has waned in California, but polls show it is still favored by a large majority of voters nationwide.

Gov. Gavin Newsom told the California Supreme Court Thursday that he will commute the death sentences of all 548 state prisoners awaiting execution, reducing their punishments to life in prison without parole.

Newsom can commute about 40% of the death sentences with the stroke of a pen, but the rest will require the high court’s approval in order to be finalized.

The mass commutation would apply to inmates convicted of some of the most heinous acts in the state’s history. Newsom and other opponents of capital punishment have long argued that the process is costly, cruel and discriminatory, with death sentences disproportionately handed down to defendants of color.

“I take this action because I firmly believe that state-sanctioned killing is incompatible with California’s values, undermines the foundation of our legal system, and diminishes each of us,” Newsom wrote in a letter to Californians explaining his decision. “I know we cannot execute people in our imperfect legal system and remain true to our core values, first among them justice and human decency.”

The move comes in Newsom’s final months as governor and as he considers a run for president. Reducing the death sentences could help him in a primary with a Democratic base of like-minded liberal voters, but potentially hurt him in a general election with a national electorate that supports capital punishment.

The decision to officially spare the condemned inmates is largely symbolic in a state that has not executed a prisoner since 2006, though experts say it could save millions of dollars in court costs every year. Only 13 inmates have been killed since voters reinstated the death penalty in 1978. The state’s electorate reaffirmed its support a decade ago, voting down a ballot initiative that would have abolished capital punishment. Polls show its popularity has waned in the years since.

Despite his outspoken opposition to state-sanctioned executions, the governor has declined to use his political influence with voters to pursue a ballot measure that would amend the state Constitution to align with his position and officially end the death penalty. Without changing state law, criminals can continue to be sentenced to death in California.

“California voters have voted to keep the death penalty on the books and I respect that,” Newsom wrote in the letter to Californians. “But the constitution also gave every governor clemency authority, and that power exists for moments when law as applied cannot be squared with justice. For me, this is that moment.”

Newsom made national headlines two months after his inauguration in 2019 when he issued a temporary moratorium on executions and vowed to dismantle the death chamber at San Quentin State Prison, now called San Quentin Rehabilitation Center.

Calling the death penalty system a “failure,” Newsom said the punishment is also often reserved for poor people who cannot afford expensive legal representation, fails to deter crime and wastes taxpayer money.

Careful to avoid elevating a death penalty debate in the midterm elections, Newsom intentionally waited until after the general election on Tuesday to go a step further and launch the process of commuting all California death penalty sentences.

The decision is another bold signature Newsom move that sits well with his base of support in California and wealthy, white and college-educated national voters who would be crucial to his success in a Democratic presidential primary, said Mike Madrid, a Republican political consultant.

However, his liberal stance on government executions could also create a vulnerability for him if he advances in the 2028 presidential election as the party’s nominee.

“Gavin’s exactly right with that base Democratic voter on that position,” Madrid said. “One hundred percent. It makes him a champion.”

But more moderate blue-collar voters who helped the party flip Congress in the midterms, Madrid added, are “not in line with him on this.”

To All Californians:

I have decided to exercise my constitutional clemency authority to

commute all California death sentences to life without the possibility of parole.

After nearly 30 years in public office, I have come to understand the limits

of what government can justly accomplish. I take this action because I firmly

believe that state-sanctioned killing is incompatible with California's values,

undermines the foundations of our legal system, and diminishes each of us. I

know we cannot execute people in our imperfect legal system and remain true

to our core values, first among them justice and human decency.

My decision today comes after nearly three decades-of openly opposing

state-sanctioned executions as an elected official. Soon after taking office as

Governor of California, on March 13, 2019, I instituted a moratorium on

executions. I could not remain true to my values and oversee the killing of

people with death warrants in California. My action formalized the de facto

moratorium on executions in place since 2006, the last year California executed

anyone. While the moratorium has prevented any further executions, it left all

death sentences in place. The 548 people now under sentence of death in

California make up the largest death row in the Western Hemisphere.

The people sentenced to death in California caused indescribable

suffering to victims, their families, communities, and our state as a whole. The

harm they inflicted persists across generations. Many Californians feel that those

who commit brutal crimes deserve to die. But as Governor, I have concluded

the state cannot morally kill them. I do, however, pray that this action will finally

separate the memories of the victims of these crimes from the fate of those who

harmed them. We can now let these offenders die in obscurity while we forever

remember and honor their victims.
